Return Policy
The Waterways Journal, Inc. d/b/a Bound Media Group (“Bound Media Group”) understands that there may come a time to return a purchase, and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order of a physical item (such as a book), we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: Bound Media Group will not be held liable for damage to products during the course and scope of shipping and handling. However, we would like to hear from you so that we may adjust our shipping methods. In such a situation, please call 314-241-7354.
In the unlikely circumstance that we are sold out of the product you purchase on our website, we will fully refund the purchasing price of that product, plus any shipping and handling charges associated with it. We will give proper notice to our customers when shortages occur.
Please also note that all payments are full and final. Subscriptions for products and services are non-refundable.
Additionally, Bound Media Group reserves the right to reduce print frequency and/or fulfill print orders via electronic distribution and such reduction and/or change in the manner in which the products are delivered shall not entitle you to a refund.
Return Process
To return an item, email us at **info@wjinc.net** with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.
You will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Refunds
After receiving your item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5-7 days from the receipt of your item(s) for your return to be processed.
